DeGrate Captures MAC Weekly Honor for the Fourth Time This Season

DeGrate, who shot 56 percent from the floor, scored 19 points on 8-of-13 shooting against the Bobcats while registering a career-best six steals. She then tallied 14 of her 16 points in the second half of the Golden Flashes win at Miami. DeGrate was 4-for-8 from three-point range against the RedHawks, helping KSU come back from a 10-point second-half deficit.
DeGrate, who will be playing in her final game at the M.A.C. Center at 7 p.m. Tuesday night vs. Buffalo, will be honored prior to the game on senior night. The Golden Flashes can capture at least a share of the MAC East Division crown with a win and can share the overall MAC regular season title with a win and a Bowling Green loss at Northern Illinois.
Western Michigans Carrie Moore was the recipient from the West Division.
