Kent State Women's Basketball To Host Summer Camps

Golden Flashes will hold camps geared toward two junior fundamentals camps this summer, open to children entering grades two through eight, as well as a high school team camp.
KENT, Ohio – First-year head coach Danielle O'Banion and the Kent State women's basketball program will be holding two junior fundamentals camps this summer, open to children entering grades two through eight, as well as a high school team camp.
Session one of the junior fundamentals camp will run from Monday, June 18, through Thursday, June 21, while session two is slated to be held from Monday, June 25, through Thursday, June 28, at the M.A.C. Center on the Kent State campus. Camp fee is $125.
The Golden Flashes will also host a high school summer camp featuring some of the best high school teams in Ohio, Pennsylvania and Michigan running Friday, June 22, through Sunday, June 24, at the M.A.C. Center. A $350 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a spot in the camp. The cost for a commuter team is $595. Each commuter team will be provided up to 10 T-shirts. There is no charge for commuting team coaches and meals will not be provided for commuting teams. The dorm/meal option will be $190 per player with a $95 per coach charge as well.
