Dutton, Haugh earn preseason honors

KENT, Ohio – Kent State senior forward Jaclyn Dutton (Bridgeport, Ohio) and junior forward Stephanie Haugh (Richmond Hill, Ontario, Canada) were selected to the 2013 College Sports Madness Mid-American Conference Preseason All-Conference Women's Soccer Team. Dutton was a First Team choice, while Haugh earned a spot on the Second Team.
Both players were instrumental in leading the Golden Flashes to a 13-5-2 campaign in 2012. Dutton led the club in scoring with a school-record 37 points on 15 goals and seven assists as the College Sports Madness MAC Offensive Player of the Year. Haugh was second with 23 points on six goals and 11 assists.

Kent State opens the 2013 season at 5 p.m. Aug. 23 when it welcomes St. Bonaventure to Zoeller Field.
