KENT, Ohio - The Kent State University men's basketball team is in search of its first Mid-American Conference road win on Saturday, January 27th at 4:30 p.m. against the Central Michigan Chippewas. The game can be watched on ESPN3 and heard on the Kent State IMG Sports Network.

- Freshman forward BJ Duling scored 10 points (5-of-9), his most in any MAC game this year.
- Kent State ranks sixth in the MAC in scoring defense (72.8) and in conference-only games is averaging 73.0 ppg which is fifth in the league. The Golden Flashes are also the fifth-best shooting team in conference games, shooting 44%.
- Kent State is holding opponents to 33.5% from three-point distance which is second in the MAC.
