KENT, Ohio- After its canceled midweek game against Western Michigan due to the winter weather, the Kent State University men's basketball team travels to Muncie, Ind. for a matchup against Ball State on Saturday at noon.

Kent State leads the all-time series over Ball State, 45-39. The Flashes faced the Cardinals three times last season splitting the series during the regular season. Each team took a win at home as Kent State won the first meeting, 88-80 in overtime in the MAC Center, before falling in Muncie, 87-68. The Flashes and Cardinals met in the quarterfinals in the MAC Tournament as Kent State advanced to the semifinals with 76-73 win.
The Flashes have won their last 15 of 16 games against Ball State.
