Men’s Hoops to take on Central Michigan in Thurday Quarterfinals

KENT, Ohio- The Kent State men's basketball team will meet with No. 5 seed Central Michigan in the MAC Tournament quarterfinals on Thursday at Quicken Loans Arena. Kent State will play the second game Thursday in Cleveland with tipoff set for approximately 2:30 p.m. The game will air on ESPN+.Â
Kent State is in the top half of the bracket. Should the Flashes advance, they would play in the first semifinal Friday at 6:30 p.m. on CBS Sports Network. The Championship game will be played Saturday at 7:30 p.m. on ESPN2.
Kent State finished the regular season at 22-9 (11-7 MAC). The Flashes were the No. 5 seed last year and advanced to the semifinals before falling to top-seeded Buffalo.
