Two Golden Flashes set new season bests Friday at the Doug Raymond National Qualifier

KENT, Ohio – Asa Hodrick sprinted his way into second place with a season best time of 21.32 in the men's 200-meter dash. Jaheim Jones finished in eighth (21.884).
Christian Champen also received a new season best in the men's long jump. Champen secured a second-place finish with a distance of 23"-5.5'.
On the women's side, Jaimie Adams set a new personal record in the women's 5000-meter run. Adams completed the race in a time of 17:51.77 which was good for fourth place. Melina Owens also set a personal record in the finals of the women's 60-meter hurdles finishing in fifth place overall and completing the event in 8.82.
Trey Double, Kole Johnson, Nate Cousino, and Clark Bookman took second place in the men's distance medley relay (10:11.74).
Grace Luther received a seventh-place finish in the women's weight throw (54"-2.75').
The Flashes will be back in action tomorrow morning at 11 a.m.
