
Cross Country Heads to Falcon Invite for Final Regular Season Meet

The Kent State cross country teams will make the short trip to Bowling Green on Friday to compete at the Falcon Invitational, hosted at Mel Brodt Cross Country Course.
The women's 6k race is scheduled to start at 4:30 p.m. and the men's 8k will follow at 5:10 p.m.
Previewing the Flashes
Senior Baidy Ba raced to the second victory in three races this season at the Paul Short Run, finishing the 'Brown' race in 24:22.8 to help the men finish 15th out of 38 teams. Sophomore Jack Curtis (26:15.9) and graduate student Ethan Yost (26:15.9) placed 89th and 90th, respectively.
The women were led by senior Sydney Miller, who ran a 6k time of 23:14.4 to finish 103rd. Freshman Nora Salem (23:24.5) and junior Nicole Kuehner (23:42.9) also ran sub-24:00 races.
