Wrestling Falls to Bellarmine

Louisville, KY. – The Golden Flashes fell to the Bellarmine Knights in Sunday's dual by a score of 25-14.
Billy Meiszner and Nico Calello earned major decision wins at 149 lbs. and 125 lbs. Meiszner won 15-3 over Bellarmine's Zach Cowan. Calello defeated Jack Parker 14-4. Other Flashes earning wins were Jordan Decatur and Brentan Simmerman. Decatur won a 10-8 decision over Trayce Eckman at 133 lbs. Simmerman won 9-5 over Daulton Mayer at 285 lbs.
The Golden Flashes will be back in action on Saturday, November 23 at the Naval Academy for the 2024 Navy Classic. Wrestling will start at 9:00 AM and can be followed online at FloWrestling.
