
Track and Field earns 10 CSC Academic All-District Honorees

KENT - College Sports Communicators announced their 2024 Academic All-District® Men's Track & Field teams today, recognizing the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the track, in the field, and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes men's and women's track & field honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.
This year Kent State had five honorees from the men's and women's teams. The honorees from the men's team were redshirt senior Scott Benco, graduate student Quintin Cooks, sophomores Riley Murphy and Aaron Schmook, and redshirt freshman Charles Pawlosky. The honorees from the women's team were graduate students Gabby Bailey, Grace Luther, and Jericha Petrella and sophomores Keeli Dunaway and Karsyn Spears. Gabby Bailey was selected as a CSC Academic All-America finalist and will advance to the national ballot to be voted on by CSC members.
