Flashes Set To Host Kent State Open

KENT, Ohio- The Kent State Wrestling team will compete in their first Home Open of the 2025-2026 season as they host the Kent State Open inside the Kent State fieldhouse.Â
The Flashes will see a wide variety of wrestling styles with many different wrestlers and schools participating. Some schools with competing wrestlers include:

Edinboro
Findlay
Gannon
Indiana

After competing at the Kent State Open at home, the Golden Flashes will host their first dual meet at Kent State inside the fieldhouse. They welcome-in Bellarmine and Edinboro in a tri-meet with Bellarmine vs. Edinboro starting at 4:30 P.M. The Blue and Gold are set to compete at 6 P.M. and 7:30 P.M.
