Jatczak Named MAC Player of the Week

CLEVELAND- Graduate infielder, Hayden Jatczak, has earned Mid-American Conference Player of the Week honors, the league office announced on Monday.
Jatczak continued to swing a hot bat for the Golden Flashes on the road this week at Ohio State and Miami.
In the Flashes' victory over Ohio State on Wednesday going 2-4 with three runs and three runs driven in. The graduate student opened the scoring with a two-run homer in the top of the first inning. Later the MAC leader in doubles added another with an RBI double in the third inning.
Over the weekend in Oxford the grad student recorded five hits and drove in eight runs with a pair of four RBI days. Jatczak now has four games on the season with four or more RBIs. On Sunday Jatczak hit his eighth homer on the season and 20th double on the season.
