
Hayden Jatczak Named ABCA All-American

KENT, Ohio – Kent State third baseman Hayden Jatczak has been named to the ABCA/Rawlings All-America Third Team, as announced by the American Baseball Coaches Association on Friday.
The third Golden Flash named an All-American by the organization in the past decade, Jatczak is the first to be honored at the third base position since Mike Gulan in 1992.
Jatczak finished his only season at the NCAA Division I level as the national co-leader in doubles with 28 while also ranking in the top-10 in runs scored (79), RBIs (81) and slugging percentage (.770). He posted a stellar .376 batting average while totaling 80 hits, 16 home runs, four triples and 10 stolen bases.
The 2025 Mid-American Conference Player of the Year was recently invited to play for the Williamsport Crosscutters as part of the MLB Draft League.
