2018 SENIOR SEASON
- Named Hometown Bank Student - Athlete of the Week after his performance against NIU
2017 JUNIOR SEASON
• Anchored the weekend rotation as the Friday starter, going 8-3 with a 2.69 ERA
• Struck out 73 batters with just 21 walks in 93.2 innings across 14 starts
• Had two shutouts, including one complete game
• Held opposing hitters to a .225 average
• Started the season with a dominating two-hit performance, shuting out Belmont through 7.0 innings with one walk and eight strikeouts
• Did not allow an earned run against Buffalo in 7.0 innings. Gave up five hits and three walks while striking out five
• Threw a 9.0 inning shutout against Toledo to send the game to extras, walking just one and striking out eight in longest outing of his career
• Gave up just one earned run in back-to-back starts against Eastern Michigan and Miami with a total of 12 strikeouts
• Final outing of the year in the MAC Tournament was his best performance of his career. Three-hit Toledo in a complete game shutout with eight strikeouts and one walk for the win
2016 SOPHOMORE SEASON
• Broke into the weekend rotation to go 9-1 with a perfect 6-0 record in conference play
• Finished with a 2.64 ERA in 88.2 innings and 14 starts
• Struck out 59 batters while walking 24
• Weekend debut came Feb. 20 when he threw 5.0 innings with one earned run, three walks and three strikeouts in his only loss of the season, a 2-0 game
• Struck out seven in 5.0 innings with one earned run against Ball State Feb. 27
• First win of the year came at Charlotte as he went 7.0 innings
• Kept Liberty off the scoreboard on March 19 in 5.1 innings
• Allowed just one earned run in 8.1 innings with five hits, two walks and four strikeouts against Toledo on April 10
• Struck out seven while not giving up a walk in 7.1 innings on May 1 versus Miami
• Put together another strong performance at Bowling Green with one earned run, six hits, six strikeouts and no walked in 6.0 innings on May 15
2015 FRESHMAN SEASON
• Appeared in 7 games with 3 starts, throwing 15.0 innings with a 4.80 ERA
• Struck out 15 batters while walking 5
• First career appearance was a 1.1 inning performance at nationally-ranked Baylor. Did not allow a hit or walk and struck out two batters
• First career start was at Purdue on March 24. Threw 3.0 innings in the no decision
• Had a career-high 5 strikeouts in his next outing on March 31. Went 3.0 innings in the start against Youngstown State
• Longest outing was 3.2 innings in game two against Oakland on April 28
PRIOR TO KENT STATE
• Lettered four years at Buckeye High School
• Went 18-6 in his career with a 1.50 ERA and 300 strikeouts
• Team won a sectional title three consecutive years from 2012-2014
• Named All-State, All-District, All-County and All-Conference as a senior
• Also was All-District, All-County and All-Conference as a junior
• Played for the Midwest Pelicans
