2008 (junior):
ESPN the Magazine Academic All-District IV Third Team ... Academic All-MAC Team ... One of five KSU players to start all 18 games ... Has started 35 consecutive games ... Scored what proved to be the game-winning goal off an assist from Kelly Heaton in a 4-0 win over Ohio (Sept. 26) ... Had 12 shots on the year ... As a defender, was a key factor in three shutouts by the Golden Flashes defensive unit.
2007 (sophomore):
Started the final 16 games of the season ... Made 17 starts in 19 games ... Tied for the team lead with three assists ... Assisted on a Kimberly Dimitroff goal against Pitt (Sept. 16) that was the quickest goal scored in school history (0:24) ... Also took two of her three shots on the season in the match ... Had the assist on a Brittany Fracasso game-tying goal in a 2-1 overtime loss at Ohio (Sept. 28) ... Set up L.A. Thoma’s first collegiate goal with an assist in a 2-0 win over Miami (Oct. 26).
2006 (freshman):
Played in all 21 games as a rookie with 15 starts ... Solidified her position in the starting lineup during MAC play starting the final 12 games of the season ... Scored both of her goals unassisted in a 3-2 loss at Ohio (Oct. 20) ... One of two Kent State players (Lisa Kurz) to produce a multi-goal game during the season ... Her performance tied for the third most goals in a single game in KSU history ... 16 of her 26 shot attempts were on goal.
Prior to Kent State:
Earned three varsity letters and was named team MVP at Strongsville High School, where she was coached by Jon Felton ... Mustangs won the 2005 OHSAA Division I state championship and were regional finalists in 2004 ... Competed for Cleveland F.C., where her team was a state cup finalist ... Also played for the Olympic Development Program Ohio North team in 2003 ... Competed in track and field at Strongsville.

Is the daughter of Connie and Dale Barath ... Has a brother, Jared ... Majoring in speech pathology.
