
What are the ticket office hours?
Monday through Friday 9 am to 4 pm. The office is closed on the weekends. Internet sales are available on KSUTix.com 24 hours a day, seven days a week as available.
How do I get to the athletic ticket office?
The ticket office is located at 1025 Risman Drive, located in the front main lobby of the MAC Center. Paid visitor parking is available in the lot directly in front of the arena. Free parking is available in the lots across the street from East Summit Street in front of the Schwartz Center.
Does the ticket office send out order confirmations?
Ticket order confirmations are not mailed, but you will receive an email confirmation after your order is complete. You may also contact the ticket office for verification of your order at 330-672-4455 or athletictickets@kent.edu.
What do I do if I have a ticket problem (i.e. lost tickets) and the ticket office is closed?
If the tickets have been lost or stolen, please go to the ticket office will call (of the event) and an available ticket representative will be able to assist you. If you are not the ticket holder, please bring documentation from the original ticket holder authorizing you to have access to those specific tickets.
Does the ticket office sell gift certificates?
The ticket office does not offer gift certificates at this time.
Does a baby/child need a ticket?
Children ages five and under will be admitted free to the following athletic home events:
- Football
- Volleyball
- Men's basketball
- Women's basketball
- Wrestling
- Women's gymnastics
- Baseball
- Indoor Track & Field
Ticket policies for select events (including NCAA and Mid-American Conference tournaments) are subject to change.
Is it safe to purchase tickets from an individual outside of the stadium/arena?
Attempting to sell or solicit the sale of a ticket(s) (even at face value) on campus without a permit violates University and state policy and you will be escorted away from the premises.
How can i have someone else pick up my tickets?
Tickets ordered can be picked up by a third party if the request is made at the time of the order. Tickets are available to be picked up at will call for select events with a $10 service fee. Digital and .PDF tickets may be freely transferred to another individual by going through the online transfer process.
Is it possible to transfer my season tickets to anyone?
Yes. If you would like to transfer tickets to an individual game, visit our digital ticket guide HERE. If you are interested in permanently transferring all or some of your season tickets, so that someone else becomes the season ticket holder for those seats, please contact a representative at the Kent State Athletics Ticket office at 330-672-4455 or athletictickets@kent.edu.
Are there discounts for full-time faculty/staff members?
Full-time, permanent Kent State University faculty and staff members receive a discount for football, volleyball, men's and women’s basketball and baseball season tickets; there are no discounts available on a single-game basis. To receive this discount, email a copy of your FlashCard and your athletics ticket account number to athletictickets@kent.edu. You can find your athletics account number by logging in at KSUTix.com and signing in as faculty staff, and then navigate to your initials on the page. You will then see your account number under your name on the lefthand side.
How can I pay for my tickets?
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are accepted for internet, phone, and window ticket transactions. Cash is also accepted for window transactions. We currently cannot accept any pre-paid/reloadable card types or digital payment such as Apple/Google Pay or cryptocurrency.
Is there a processing fee for purchasing tickets?
All tickets sold through Kent State, either online, in person, or over the phone, have an attached per-ticket fee that cannot be waived. The only tickets that do not have fees are those sold to groups, for more information on group tickets, please email Sam Allan at sallan3_gst@kent.edu. Fees help defray the cost of ticket delivery, online processing, credit card processing, phone charges, and printing.
Will I get better seats by ordering online or by calling your office?
All methods of ticket purchase access the same inventory of seats. There is no advantage to calling rather than ordering online or vice versa.
How do I get tickets for football road games?
Road game tickets may be requested by Kent State Football season ticket holders ONLY. To request away game tickets please call the ticket office at 330-672-455.
What happens if my tickets are lost, stolen, forgotten or destroyed?
If your tickets are lost, forgotten, stolen or destroyed, the Ticket Holder of record may request duplicate tickets. Please note that any duplicated ticket issued will supersede the original for seating in the venue. Those using original tickets when duplicates have been issued will be questioned and escorted to the exit.
I already have tickets and need wheelchair seating, how do I go about doing that?
Please call the Kent State Athletics Ticket Office at 330-672-4455 to arrange an accessible exchange. We encourage doing this in advance of game day.
When and where is Will Call open?
Football
The Will Call window opens to the public, media, and President’s Suite 2.5 hours prior to the start of each game and is located at the will call windows 3, 4, and 5 at the main West Entrance of Dix Stadium. Photo identification is required to pick up your tickets. Kent State and Visiting Team Players "Will Call" opens 90 minutes prior to game time and is located at the windows 1 and 2 for Kent State guests and windows 6 and 7 for Visiting Teams. Photo identification and signature is required for each guest on the player's lists.
Men’s and Women’s Basketball
The Will Call table opens 1 hour prior to the start of each game and is in Lobby A at the left-hand side of the MAC Center. Photo identification is required to pick up your tickets.
Volleyball, Gymnastics, Wrestling, Indoor Track & Field, and Baseball
The Will Call window/table opens 1 hour before the start of each event and is located at the main ticket sales window/table at each venue. Photo identification is required to pick up your tickets.
