2014 JUNIOR SEASON
• Went 2-4 with a 3.56 ERA in 27 relief appearances totalling a team-high 10 saves. Struck out 27 while walking only ten in 30.1 innings
• Earned back-to-back saves at Winthrop Feb. 21 and 22 in a combined 4.0 innings with three hits, no walks and five strikeouts
• Needed just five pitches to get through one inning against Liberty while striking out two batters
• Threw a season-high 3.0 innings at Wright State on Mar. 26 with two hits and one walk
• Season ERA remained below a 3.00 from the beginning of the season through May 10
• Drafted in the 15th Round of the MLB Draft by the Pittsburgh Pirates
2013 SOPHOMORE SEASON
• Made 24 appearances out of the bullpen, throwing 32.1 innings with 47 strikeouts and three saves. Finished with a 3.62 ERA.
• Threw 4.1 innings against Akron on May 16th. Struck out six while allowing zero runs on only one hit. Also recorded win.
• Recorded two straight saves in two straight appearances against Eastern Michigan and Central Michigan, throwing a combined total of 3.2 innings, giving up zero hits, while striking out six.
• Recorded two straight wins in two straight appearances against Pittsburgh and Akron.
• Selected in the 21st round of the 2013 MLB Draft by the Cincinnati Reds.
2012 FRESHMAN SEASON
• Made 21 appearances out of the bullpen (third on the team), throwing 20 innings with 11 strikeouts and two saves. Finished with a 3.15 ERA (fourth on team amongst relievers).
• First appearance came on February 18 at Winthrop. Pitched one inning with one walk.
• First career strikeout was on March 10 against New Mexico State. Threw one inning in that game.
• Longest appearance lasted 2.2 innings on April 7 against Buffalo. Had a career-high two strikeouts also.
2011 SEASON
• Redshirted.
PRIOR TO KENT STATE
• Member of highly successful North Allegheny High School baseball team that won the 2009 WPIAL title and finished as runners-up in 2010 under head coach Andrew Maddix.
