2015 JUNIOR SEASON
• Led the conference in wins and strikeouts with 8 and 108, respectively
• Threw a team-high 93.2 innings with a 2.88 ERA while holding down the Friday spot in the weekend rotation
• Struck out 108 batters while walking just 38 and had an opposing batting average of .214 in 15 starts
• Lost his opening game at Winthrop despite giving up one earned run in 5.0 innings
• Won the next four starts, including the second of start of the season at nationally-ranked Baylor
• Pitched 7.0 innings in win versus Rider on March 13 while not allowing an earned run and giving up just three hits
• Struck out a season-high 11 batters against Eastern Michigan on March 28 in 6.2 innings
• Blanked Ball State through 6.2 innings on April 10 by not allowing a run and allowing just three hits
• Longest outing of the season was 8.2 innings at Miami on April 24. Struck out 10 batters
• Two-hit Akron on May 14, throwing 6.1 innings with no runs and 8 strikeouts
2014 SOPHOMORE SEASON
• Held down a spot in the weekend rotation, throwing 84.0 innings in 14 starts with a 4.50 ERA and 5-2 record. Struck out 73 batters while walking 18
• Led the team with a .714 win-loss percentage and in strikeouts
• Earned first win of the season at Eastern Michigan. Pitched 7.0 innings with five hits, one run, one walk and six strikeouts
• Threw 5.2 innings in the MAC Tournament against Ball State with five hits, three runs, three walks and five strikeouts to earn the win
• Had his best career game on the biggest stage at NCAA Regionals versus Kentucky. Threw 8.1 innings and held the Wildcats to just two runs and five hits while not walking a batter and striking out four. Threw a career high 105 pitches in his longest career outing
• Awarded Ty Youngen Memorial Baseball Scholarship
2013 FRESHMAN SEASON
• Recorded a 5.09 ERA in 46.0 Innings pitched, including 7 starts and a 2-4 record.
• Recorded first career appearance against UNCW Feb 17. Also was first career start.
• Received first win against Memphis on March 17th. Went two innings while striking out two, allowing two hits and zero runs.
• Went seven innings against Penn State April 3 allowing only one hit and zero runs while striking out three. Also earned second win of season.
PRIOR TO KENT STATE
• Four-year letterwinner at Pickerington Central High School in Pickerington, Ohio. Broke three records and was named to the ESPN All-Ohio Prep Baseball Top Ten. Earned All-Conference and District honors as a junior and senior. On Academic Honor Roll all four years of high school.
• Also three-year letter winner in football as the starting quaterback. Was Division I State Runner-Up in 2011.
• Played for Ohio Elite along freshman teammate Shane Biles.
