• Went a perfect 2-for-2 against Youngstown State on Mar. 19 with a RBI
• Hit first collegiate homerun May 16 against Akron. Went 2-for-3 in the game with three runs scored and two RBI

• Three-time letter winner at Fairfield High School in Fairfield, Ohio, under coach Larry Price. First-Team All-GMC (Conference) selection for baseball and academics. Played in Normal, Okla., for Team Ohio. Participated in East Coast Pro Showcase. Team made regional semifinals in 2010.
