2009 Redshirt Freshman Season
Played in four games making two starts … Earned her first career shutout and made a career best eight saves vs Lock Haven (Sept. 13) … Teamed with Caroline Suitch on another shutout in the season opener vs Saint Louis (Aug. 28) … Named the MAC Defensive Player of the Week (Sept. 15).

Prior to Kent State
Led Warwick High School to a pair of Lancaster Lebanon League championships in 2005 and 2006, incuding a district title as a junior...helped the Warriors to a 20-6-1 record, a Section I and District III runner-up finish her senior year...named to the All-Section I First Team...earned Defensive MVP honors in the Lancaster Lebanon League All-Star game...named to all-league, all-state and All-America academic teams...led her club team to several first and second-place finishes in 2007 and 2008 at U19 tournaments...member of the National Honor Society and the Distinguished Honor Roll...also played softball at Warwick.

Born Sept. 26, 1989...is the daughter of Barbara Willders and Rick Willders, who played tennis at Bloomsburg University...has one sister Elyse...majoring in ceramics...plans to attend graduate school after Kent State.
