• Attended Auburn out of high school and redshirted
• At Copiah-Lincoln Community College threw for 1,294 yards with eight touchdowns and ran for 485 yards with six touchdowns
• In high school threw for 2,018 yards and 20 touchdowns, ran for 1,413 with 23 touchdowns at West Orange and led the warriors to the state semifinals
• Class 8A All-State, Florida Dairy Farmers Class 8A Player of the Year and Mr. Football finalist
• Led West Orange to an 11-1 record and Regional Semifinal appearance his junior season
• Participated in Under Armour All-America Game
• Top 10 Quarterback prospect according to 247Sports and ESPN and Rivals Top 40 in Florida
