Named All-Portage Trail Conference, all-district and All-Ohio his senior year as a defensive end…also received the Jack Lambert Award for being the team’s defensive MVP…earned All-PTC his sophomore and junior seasons as a fullback…named underclassman of the year his sophomore year with the Red Devils…besides football, lettered all four years of high school in track, including being named team MVP three times…played for Tom Hannan.

Born Aug. 8, 1990…son of Dona and Brad Wagner…is a cousin of Alan Vanderink, who is a student assistant coach for the Flashes…majoring in physical education.
