• Named to the the Rimington Trophy 2010 Spring Watch List as one of 37 players on the preliminary list for the trophy that is awarded annually to the top center in the Football Bowl Subdivision
2009 Sophomore Season
• Started every game at center for the second consecutive year
2008 Redshirt Freshman Season
• Anchor of offensive line that paved way for nation’s 11th-best rushing offense
• Named team’s Offensive Rookie of the Year, starting all 12 games at center
• Won the starting job in the preseason and was one of two redshirt freshmen who started on the line
2007 Freshman Season
• Redshirted
Prior to Kent State
• Named first-team All-Steel Valley Conference, All-Trumbull County, and All-Northeast Ohio and second-team All-Ohio after recording over 50 tackles and helping the Warren G. Harding Raiders to a regional runner-up finish as a senior
• Also a state qualifier in the discus and shot put as a letterwinner on the track and field team…earned one varsity wrestling letter
