Elizabeth Toth was named the Assistant Athletic Director for Football Operations for Kent State Football in July 2024.
Originally from Euclid, Ohio, Toth has a passion for football and dedication to student-athlete development drive her commitment to excellence as the Assistant AD for Football Operations.
Prior to joining Kent State, Toth served as the Director of Football Operations at Southern Illinois University, where she worked closely under head coach Nick Hill during his eighth season at SIU. In this position, she played a crucial role in managing the day-to-day operations of the program, including scheduling, logistics, and player support.
Before her time at Southern Illinois, Toth spent two seasons as the Director of Football Operations and Player Development at Division II Quincy University. During her time there, she implemented initiatives that enhanced the student-athlete experience while earning her master’s degree in Education Leadership in May 2023.
Toth’s foundation in football operations was built during her four years at Eastern Michigan University, where she was deeply involved in various aspects of the program, including video, recruiting, operations, and equipment management. Her comprehensive experience allowed her to develop a well-rounded skill set that she brings to her current role. She graduated in April 2021 with a bachelor’s degree in Sport Management and a minor in Public Relations.
