Natalie Chifulini joined the Kent GRIT family and the Golden Flashes in a full-time role during the 2024 spring season as the on-campus recruiting coordinator.Â
In this role, Chifulini coordinates, organizes, and executes all activities during on-camp official and un-official visits. She oversees the gameday recruiting visits for prospective student-athletes and their families. In this role, she works directly with head coach Kenni Burns on his day-to-day schedule and helps manage the overall football budget. Prior to the on-campus recruiting coordinator, Chifulini was a graduate assistant with the football team, serving as an internal operations assistant in addition to her on-campus recruiting role.Â
Chifulini came to Kent State from Robert Morris (PA) where she graduated with a degree in sports management. While an undergrad, she worked with the Colonials' football program where she worked in various roles including academics, data analytics, football operations and recruiting.Â
A native of Brackenridge, Pennsylvania, Chifulini is currently working towards her MBA at Kent State
