Zack Tilves enters his third season as director of football operations after being appointed in January of 2013. Tilves served as assistant director of football operations served the 2012 season .
Tilves also spent four seasons as a student assistant with the Golden Flashesโ operations staff.ย A sport administration major, he graduated from Kent State in 2012.ย Tilves began his tenure as the youngest director of operations in the Division I Football Bowl Subdivision.
The Pittsburgh, Pa. native played football at North Hills High School.
