Fifth-year senior Leneric Muldrow heads into spring practice as the starting H-back.
2009 Junior Season
Played in the final 10 games of the season after recovering from a minor knee injury suffered in preseason…emerged as one of the better punt returners in the MAC, averaging 9.7 yards on 13 returns to rank fourth in the conference and 30th nationally…had four catches for 62 yards…also tossed a pair of touchdown passes: Oct. 3 at Baylor and two weeks later at Eastern Michigan.
2008 Sophomore Season
Saw field in all 12 games at wide receiver…hauled in 10 passes for 128 yards and two touchdowns…caught two passes for 37 yards at Iowa State Sept. 6…grabbed two receptions for 30 yards and a touchdown at Miami Oct. 25…scored on a 15-yard touchdown reception at Bowling Green on Nov. 1…also served once again as the holder on PATs and field goals…scored rushing touchdowns on fake field goals Sept. 13 against Delaware State (31 yards) and Nov. 18 versus Northern Illinois (five yards).
2007 Redshirt Freshman Season
Appeared in 12 games, getting the starting nod in seven…in his first collegiate game against Iowa State on Aug. 30, caught a 42-yard touchdown pass for the game’s first score and his first career touchdown…finished the year with 11 catches for 131 yards, an average of 11.9 yards per catch…had five rushes for 14 yards on the season, including a six-yard touchdown run on a fake field goal against Kentucky Sept. 8…caught a career-high three passes for 52 yards against Miami on Oct. 6…was the holder on all field goal and PAT attempts.
2006 Freshman Season
Redshirted.
Prior to Kent State
Led Rose to back-to-back state championships and a 14-2 record in 2003 and 2004…was a second-team all-state performer as a senior and earned MVP honors in the state championship game in 2004…was a three-time all-conference selection and twice earned all-area honors…passed for 3,406 yards and rushed for 3,082 with 74 touchdowns in his career…as a senior, passed for 1,569 yards, rushed for 1,552 yards and scored 34 touchdowns…earned four letters in football…was coached by Greg Thomas.

Born Nov. 28, 1986…son of Derrick and Karen Muldrow…majoring in physical education…served as president of Kent State’s Student-Athlete Advisory Committee for 2009-10…name is pronounced lin-ERIC mul-DRO.
