2008-09 Sophomore Season

Indoor Track and Field – Time of 48.77 in the 400-meter dash at the Tyson Invitational was the team’s second best in the event and a season personal best…took third in the 400-meter dash at the MAC Championships with a 48.89 finish…also member of the MAC Champion 4x100-meter relay team that clocked a 3:12.01…finish of 22.34 in the 200-meter dash at the Kent State Dual was a season personal best.

Outdoor Track and Field – Clocked a 48.22 in the 400-meter dash at the MAC Championships which was good for 7th place, a season personal best and second-best on team…also member of the 4x400-meter relay team that took second in 3:12.97 and the 4x100-meter relay team that took fifth in 41.97 at the conference finals…time of 22.08 in the 200-meter dash at the Northeast Ohio Quad was a season personal best.

2007-08 Freshman Season

Indoor Track and Field - Ran the second leg of theGolden Flashes’ distance medley relay team that finished second overallwith a time of 9:59.02 at the 2008 MAC Championships…that performanceearned him All-MAC Second Team honors…ran a season-best 22.91 in the200 meters at the Sykes-Sabock Challenge…recorded a season-best 49.77in the 400 meters at the Akron Invitational.

Outdoor Track and Field - Ran the opening leg of the Golden Flashes’ 4x100 meter relay team that placed fifth overall with a time of 42.20 at the 2008 MAC Championships…finished seventh in the 400 meters (49.20) at the same meet…recorded a season-best 22.30 in the 200 meters at the Campbell-Wright Open.

Prior to Kent State

Earned district, Metro Athletic Conference and Columbiana County championships in the 400 meters as a senior at Salem High School...notched career-bests in the 400 meters (50.03) and 200 meters (23.1) for the Quakers...two-sport letter-winner for SHS; football (1 year) and track (three years)...member of four-time Metro Athletic and Columbiana County champions...helped lead the Quakers to a Division II Regional Championship and a Division II State runner-up finish as a senior…was coached by Todd Huda.
