2007: Competed in every event in 11 meets...finished first in the all-around event six times...named MAC Gymnast of the Week 2/06 and 2/19...received a career-high mark of 9.850 on the floor against Central Michigan 2/25...qualified for the NCAA Championships for the all-around event and finished 18th.
2006: First team All-MAC honoree...participated in all 11 meets this season...earned career highs on all events...ranked tied for fourth in the MAC in the all-around with a 38.555 RQS...had third-highest MAC, and personal-best all-around score of the year with a 39.000 (2/26/06)...earned three first place finishes in the all-around...finished in top three in seven meets in all-around...ranked second in MAC on bars with a 9.760 RQS...on MAC Best list for bars...finished in top-three six times on that event including a career-high effort of 9.85 on 2/26/06...ranked 13th on beam in MAC with a 9.655 RQS while averaging a 9.602 overall...earned one first place finish on that event this year against Ball State... earned a career high 9.775 on the event against Northern Illinois...averaged a 9.602...ranked 17th in MAC on floor with a 9.710 RQS...scored a career-high 9.825 at the NCAA Regional Championship on that event...was named Kent State University Athlete of the Week (January 27th).
2005: Competed in 12 meets on bars and beam...earned six top-ten finishes on bars...had three top-five finishes on beam... notched season bests of 9.825 on bars (February 18) and 9.775 (four times) on beam.
Prior to Kent State: Level 10 gymnast and regional qualifier as a member of Midwest Gymnastics...runner-up in the all-around at the 2004 Illinois state meet...won all-around titles at the Buckeye Classic (36.925) and the Bravo Classic (37.025).
Personal: Born July 12, 1986...daughter of Peter and Sandra Kowalski...majoring in business management.
