• Ran in five meets for the Golden Flashes
• Recorded a personal-best time of 10:37.13 in the 3000m at the SPIRE Invitational

• Took second-place in the 3000m steeplechase at the Northeast Ohio Quad (11:54.78)
2016 SEASON

• Ran a personal-best time of 2:28.47 in the 800m at the Kent State Tune Up
• Took 5th place in the 1000m at the Golden Flashes Gala with a personal-best time of 2:11.96
• Recorded a personal-best time of 5:18.38 in the mile at the Kent State Tune Up
OUTDOOR
• Ran a personal-best 11:32.21 in the 3,000m steeplchase at the Hillsdale College "Gina" Relays
• Finished first in the 3,000m steeplechase at the Northeast Ohio Quad with a time of 11:43.70
• Ran a personal-best 5:09.96 in the 1,500m run at the All-Ohio Championships

• Had a seasonal best time of 2:29.78 in the 800m at the Akron Invitational
PRIOR TO KENT STATE
• Four-time letter-winner in Cross Country at Appleton West Highschool for head coach Terry Gross in the Fox Valley Association (FVA) Conference
• All-Conference her junior year, second team all-conference her sophomore year and a two-time honorable mention in her senior and freshman seasons
• WIAA Scholar Athlete her senior season at Appleton West
• Holds the Appleton West School record in the 800m (2:19) and a member of the 4x800m school record relay team
• Also earned four varsity letters in track and field
