2008-09: Finished the season 16-15 with one major decision and was a runner-up at 165-pounds in the 2009 MAC Championships...went 3-2 in regular season conference action...with a 10-12 record after 22 matches, rattled off five-straight wins...during the winning streak, knocked off nationally-ranked and eventual NCAA qualifier Ethan Headlee from Pittsburgh 6-5...finished fourth at the Oklahoma Gold (11/8) and sixth at the Southern Scuffle (12/29-30).

2007-08: Redshirted his first season after the transfer...finished with a 15-7 record.

Prior to Kent State: Was a two-year starter for N.C. State...posted a 15-13 record as a freshman, including a third-place finish in the Atlantic Coast Conference...was a part of the Wolfpack’s 2007 ACC title team and compiled a 9-11 mark...was a three-year starter for St. Rita High School and was a member of back-to-back Illinois State Championship teams in 2003 and 2004...a two-time IHSAA state qualifier and was sixth in the state as a junior.
