THE OPENING KICKOFF
Following their off week, the Golden Flashes return to action on Saturday at Northern Illinois. Kent State will be attempting to snap its four game losing streak as the Flashes travel outside the state of Ohio for the first time since their Sept. 8 game at Kentucky.
This will be just the second trip to DeKalb in the last two decades for KSU. The Huskies - who are in the midst of a five-game losing streak - lead the all-time series by a 13-7 margin, including an 8-2 record at home.
The game will air on Comcast SportsNet Chicago, marking the sixth and final time this season that the Golden Flashes will play on television.
FLASH FACTS
• Quarterback Giorgio Morgan is making his second career start after going 18-for-28 for 247 yards and three TDs against Central Michigan.
• Running back Eugene Jarvis is fifth in the nation with 139.9 yards per game, while his 1,259 yards are 66 shy of the KSU record. He leads the Flashes and is fourth in the MAC with 11 TDs.

Dave Kaplan will handle the play-by-play duties, with Bob Cmiel as the color analyst and Ken McReynolds on the sideline.
