Kent State (2-9) begins Mid-American Conference play by hosting Central Michigan (5-6) Saturday afternoon at the M.A.C. Center. Tipoff is slated for 2 p.m.

• Kent State is 31-24 all-time versus Central Michigan
• The Chippewas have won the last two meetings: last season 87-53 at Kent and 91-44 in 2013 at Mt. Pleasant
