Flashes, Falcons Face Off in Kent, Both Looking for First MAC Win

The Golden Flashes will host the Bowling Green Falcons Saturday afternoon with both teams looking for their first conference win.
Kent State is 2-11 overall on the season while Bowling Green sits at 7-6. Both have begun Mid-American Conference play with back-to-back losses.

Play For Kay
• Recently, the Golden Flashes held a Free Throw-A-Thon to raise money for the Kay Yow Cancer Fund
• The student-athletes got pledges and donations and had to shoot 100 free-throws
• The team raised a total of $1,400 to donate to help in the fight against breast cancer
• The annual Play For Kay pink game will be held on Feb. 14
