Kent State Heads to Bowling Green Looking to Sweep Regular Season Series

Kent State (4-20, 2-11) will make the trip over to Bowling Green (9-15, 2-11) on Saturday as it looks to sweep the Falcons in the regular season series for the first time since 2002. The game will be the second of a doubleheader with Bowling Green's men's team and is set to begin at 5 p.m.

• Kent State is 29-47 all-time against Bowling Green
• The Golden Flashes bested the Falcons 55-48 at home this season in the third conference game of the year

• Ohio and Ball State are vying for the number one seed at 11-2 and 10-3, respectively
• Akron and Western Michigan are both 9-4

• Northern Illinois and Central Michigan are close behind with 6-7 conference records
• Kent State and Bowling Green are even at 2-11 while Miami rounds out the MAC at 1-12
• The first round of the MAC Tournament will be held at conference sites March 9th with winners advancing to Quicken Loans Arena in Cleveland on March 11
• The top four seeds receive a bye through to the second round as seeds 5-8 host seeds 9-12 at their home courts
