
Women's Basketball's Senior Day Set for Saturday

Kent State (5-23, 3-14) will host Buffalo (17-11, 10-7) on Saturday afternoon for the final regular season game of the year. The Golden Flashes' four seniors will be honored with a short ceremony postgame.

The Matchup
• Kent State is 24-9 against Buffalo all-time
• The Bulls won 59-57 earlier this season despite the Golden Flashes leading for the majority of the game
• Prior to this season, Buffalo has won the last five meetings. Kent State won the five before that.
• There is a chance Kent State will head to Buffalo for the first round of the MAC Tournament Monday night with a Golden Flashes win to close out the regular season
• Three Bulls players are averaging more than ten points per game this season, led by Kristen Sharkey who averages 14.3 points and 8.0 rebounds this year

• The top four seeds will receive a bye

• Winners of the first round will advance to Quicken Loans Arena in Cleveland for second round games on Wednesday
• Toledo, Buffalo, Eastern Michigan and Western Michigan are all currently tied with a 10-7 conference record
