Flashes Will Try to Rebound Against Falcons at Home

Kent State (10-10, 4-4) will look to bounce back this Saturday when they host Bowling Green (5-15, 1-7) at 3 p.m. in the M.A.C. Center. The game will be the second of the day as part of a doubleheader with the men's team.

• Kent State is 30-49 all-time against Bowling Green
• The Flashes lost both meetings last year, 71-49 on the road and 65-55 at home
• However, Kent State won both matchups in 2015, 55-48 at home and 62-58 on the road
• The Falcons' only MAC win so far this season came on January 7 as they beat the Zips 62-58 in Akron
• Bowling Green's other conference opponents so far have been Ohio, Northern Illinois, Western Michigan, Central Michigan, Buffalo, Ball State and Eastern Michigan
• The team is averaging 61.6 points and 43.6 rebounds this year
• The Falcons are led by Carly Santoro who is averaging 12.2 points and 7.4 rebounds

• Kent State is currently tied for 6th in the conference at 4-4, tied with Buffalo

Heading Home
• After playing three of their first eight MAC games on the road, the Golden Flashes will spend more time at home in the coming weeks as they begin to play more teams in the East Division
• After Saturday's game, Kent State keeps the action in the M.A.C. Center as they host Miami on Wednesday, February 1
• The following Saturday will be a trip to Buffalo before another Wednesday home game
• The first point available on the hardwood for the Crystal Clinic Wagon Wheel Challenge will be Saturday, February 11 when the Flashes visit the Zips
