Kent State (12-10, 6-4) will look to try to move itself further ahead in the Mid-American Conference rankings when the team travels for a big matchup with Buffalo (15-6, 5-5) on Saturday afternoon. Tipoff is set for 2 p.m.

โข The former records in those categories were 160 makes and 510 attempts
โข Lurken currently ranks 8th in career free throws made and attemptes
โข Teammate Jordan Korinek is very close to joining with 1,000 career points as she is just 12 shy of the mark
โข Lurken also has some individual season records in view
โข The best scoring average for a season in Kent State history is 21.5 points per game achieved by Bonnie Beachy in 1980-81. Lurken is currently averaging 23.5
โข She needs just 55 more points to make the top ten in single season scoring
โข Her 171 free throws made sits at 5th most in a single season and 208 attempts ranks 5th also
