Baseball Hosts Final Home Game Tuesday Night

The Golden Flashes (33-14) play their final home game of the season Tuesday night at 6 p.m. when they host Youngstown State (15-36).

THE MATCHUP
• Kent State is 67-21-1 all-time against Youngstown State
• The Flashes fell to the Penguins 11-6 earlier this season then won on the road 6-3
• In 2016, Kent State won at home 5-2 then lost 11-10 on the road in 11 innings
• The two teams also split with each taking their own home game in 2015
• Youngstown State is batting .255 and has a team ERA of 6.87
• The Penguins have dropped their last eight games, including two at Oakland on Sunday and two at home against Northern Kentucky on Saturday

• The Golden Flashes will take on the Bobcats Thursday at 6 p.m., Friday at 3 p.m. and Saturday at 1 p.m.
