Cross Country Travels to Tommy Evans Invitational
The men's and women's cross country teams will travel to Norton, Ohio for the Tommy Evans Invitational on Saturday. The race will be held at Silver Creek Metro Park with the men's 4 mile starting at 10:15 a.m., and the women's 5k beginning at 11 a.m.
Both the men and the women are coming off fifth place finishes at the Toledo Opener.
The men will have 10 runners competing, led by Clark Bookman who kicked off his junior season with a fifth place finish at the Toledo Opener.
Maddie Dunlap leads the women after a seventh place finish in her first race of the season. The women will travel 15 total runners to the race.
Akron, Baldwin Wallace, Malone, Point Park and Youngstown State will join the men in the Tommy Evans Invitational. The women will be joined by Akron, Baldwin Wallace, Cleveland State, Malone, Pittsburg, Point Park, Robert Morris and Youngstown State.
