
Crum Named MAC East Player of the Week

KENT, OHIO- Kent State quarterback Dustin Crum has been named the MAC East Offensive Player of the Week for his efforts against the Toledo Rockets last Tuesday.
Crum was an ultra-efficient 14-of-18 (78 percent) on Tuesday, throwing for 257 yards and three scores against the Rockets. He hit Mike Carrigan for a 70-yard touchdown strike in the first half, marking his fifth touchdown pass of 40 yards or longer this season.
Crum added another 40 yards on the ground and a score, accounting for four total touchdowns last Tuesday.
For the season, Crum leads the MAC in completion percentage (68 percent), a mark that is also good for 15th in the Nation. He's upped that total to nearly 70 percent in conference play. He leads all quarterbacks in conference games in:

Crum and the Golden Flashes are back in action on Thursday night when they host Buffalo in a pivotal MAC East Contest. Kick-off is set for 7 p.m. from Dix Stadium and the game will air on CBS Sports Network as well as the Golden Flashes Radio Network.
