
Offense vs. Defense Saturday at Dix Stadium

Dix Stadium will host Kent State's 2019 Spring Football Game on Saturday, April 13, at 11:00 a.m. Admission is free as the Golden Flashes' offense and defense battle for bragging rights. Fans can expect 100 -150 plays, often working at a FlashFAST pace.
The game can be heard live on Golden Flashes Radio on iHeart Radio, including in-game interviews with coaches.
Season tickets also go on sale Saturday and can be purchased near the Dix Stadium entrance. Five-game packages start as low as $45.
The first 250 Kent State University employees will receive a free Chick-fil-A sandwich. Merchandise will be available for purchase inside the main West Gate.
Throughout the game, the football team will announce its five spring award winners.
Spring Updates
- Former linebacker James Alexander became a defensive graduate assistant for the Flashes and works primarily with the defensive line.
- Keshunn Abram was added to the Kent State's list of signees for the 2019 season. The 6-2 wide receiver spent two seasons at Northwest Mississippi Community College.
- Kent State hosted its Pro Day on March 22. Scouts came to the Kent State Field House to watch Kalil Morris, Jordan Silva, Jim Jones and the return of Jon Cunningham.
Kent State opens its 2019 schedule at Arizona State on Thursday, Aug. 29.
