Kent State Begins Volleyball Season at Charlotte Invitational

Kent State starts the 2019 volleyball season at the Charlotte Invitational on Friday. The Golden Flashes' opening weekend includes three matches over two days at inside of Halton Arena.
In the first of two opening-day contests on Friday, Kent State will take on Eastern Kentucky at noon. The Flashes are slated to play host Charlotte in the nightcap at 6 p.m. An early 10 a.m. match Saturday against Gardner-Webb will mark the third match in just under 24 hours and conclude the opening weekend of competition.
Fans can follow live stats for all three Kent State matches via Charlotte49ers.com. Live video streaming will be available for all of host Charlotte's matches.
