KENT, Ohio- The No.5 Kent State women's golf team continues spring play on Monday and Tuesday, as it travels to Houston to compete in the ICON Invitational. The two-day tournament will be played at the Tournament Course at the Woodlands Country Club, beginning on Monday morning.
Kent State is coming off a sixth-place finish at the Northrop Grumman Regional with a three-round score of 868 (+16). Kent State's third-round score of 285 (+1) was its lowest of the tournament. The Flashes were led by junior Kory Nielsen who closed with a 218 (+5) and tied for 23rd.
