FRANKLIN TENN... After day two of the Franklin Regional, Chloe Price leads the Kent State women's golf team and will enter the final round on Wednesday a stroke under par and in a tie for ninth.
The Flashes fell to 11th on Tuesday and will have serious ground to make up in Wednesdays finale as the team looks for one of the four tickets to the NCAA Championships later this month.
Chloe Salort carded a 76 on day two thanks to a strong finish with three birdies down the back nine to stay inside the top-30.
Going into the final day the hosts in Vanderbilt lead the field by five strokes with #9 Alabama, #21 Duke and #4 Wake Forest looking to hang onto their current top-four status tomorrow.
The Flashes will be paired with Austin Peay and Boston University on Wednesday with a tee time of 9 AM, live scoring can be found all week on GolfStat.com.
