Takagi Named MAC Women's Golfer of the Week

CLEVELAND – On Thursday it was announced that Leon Takagi had been named Mid-American Conference Women's Golfer of the Week after her performance at The Show in Las Vegas.
Takagi surged ahead on the final day thanks to a team-best score of 71 in the final round, nearly helping the Flashes secure a top-ten spot at the event. Individually, Takagi finished the weekend with a final score of 223 en route to a top-40 finish.
The Golden Flashes will be back in action on March 6th for the Trinity Forest Invitational in Dallas.
