Kent State Wrestling Announces 2025-2026 Promotional Schedule

Kent, Ohio– The Kent State Wrestling Team has announced its promotional schedule for the 2025-2026 season with exciting fan engagement in store. Select dates of meets will have a specific theme for the day as well as a fan giveaway while supplies last.
Thursday, December 11th, 6 P.M. vs. Edinboro & Bellarmine- Tri-State Santa Slam
Three schools from three different states creates the Tri-State Santa Slam to get in the holiday spirit. Fans will receive a free Kent State Santa Hat while supplies last.
Friday, December 19th, 6 P.M. vs. UT Chattanooga- "FLASHMANIA"
Bring your energy for a Friday night non-conference dual meet against the University of Tennessee Chattanooga for WWE Night. Fans will receive "FLASHMANIA" t-shirts and there will also be a WWE Costume contest.Â
Friday, February 6th, 6 P.M. vs. Ohio- Alumni Night
The theme for our in-state conference opponent, Ohio, will be alumni night. While supplies are available, fans will receive Fearless Flash Wrestling Flags.
Friday, February 13th, 7 P.M. vs. Central Michigan- Military Appreciation
The Golden Flashes Wrestling team will honor our armed forces in the M.A.C. Center for Military Appreciation Night where fans will get to take home Kent State camo hats.
Thursday, February 19th, 7 P.M. vs. Lock Haven- Senior Night
For the last home match of the season, we will honor our seniors who have left a mark on our program for senior night. Represent our seniors by wearing gold in a Gold-Out dual meet against a conference opponent. Fans will also receive Gold Wrestling Fearless Flash shirts while supplies last.
Throughout the 2025-2026 school year, Kent State University will be celebrating the M.A.C. Center's 75th Anniversary.

Seasons tickets are also still available for purchase as the program recently broke a record for most Wrestling Season Tickets sold in program history.
