
Twelve Golden Flashes Earns CSC Track and Field Academic All-District® Honors

KENT, Ohio – Twelve members of the Kent State track and field program were named to the 2026 Academic All-District® Team, the College Sports Communicators announced on Tuesday.
Keeli Dunaway, Charles Pawlosky and Karsyn Spears were recognized for the third time year in a row, while Shelby Grover and Owen Miller earned their second award. First-time honorees were Ryan Gruss, Beau Harkelroad, Monica Naudin, Alexa Nestor, Preston Rieger, Ally Schindler and Linkon Tyrrell.
The CSC Academic All-District® team recognizes the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances athletically and in the classroom. In order to be eligible for the award, a student-athlete must have reached sophomore athletic status and be starter or key reserve while maintaining at least a 3.50 cumulative grade point average.
