MAC Reveals Women’s Hoops Schedule for 2026-27 Campaign

CLEVELAND — The Mid-American Conference announced the 2026-27 women's basketball league schedule on Wednesday.
Kent State will play an 18-game conference schedule, with seven home-and-home opponents. The Golden Flashes will play two opponents (Central Michigan, Ohio) at home only, with two other opponents (Bowling Green, Miami) slated as exclusively road matchups.
Conference play begins with road games at Toledo on Jan. 2 and Eastern Michigan on Jan. 6. Kent State will then be in action at the M.A.C. Center and host Central Michigan on Jan. 9 and Ball State on Jan. 13.
Other notable matchups include a short trip to Akron on Jan. 30 and a rematch with the rival Zips at home on Feb. 27. The Flashes will visit reigning regular season and tournament champion Miami on Feb. 10. The regular season concludes on March 6 against Eastern Michigan at the M.A.C. Center.
The top eight teams in the conference standings will compete in the 2027 MAC Women's Basketball Tournament at Cleveland's Rocket Arena from March 10-13.
