2008-09 Junior Season

Cross Country – Best time of the season was an 18:40.5 at the MAC Championships.

Indoor Track and Field – Recorded the team’s best 800-meter run time of the season with a 2:06.95 at the Alex Wilson Invitational, ranking third in school history…won the 600-meter run with a season personal-best time of 1:32.22 at the Kent State Tune-Up…posted a season personal-best time in the mile run at the Akron Dual with a 5:01.69-finish…won the 1,000-meter run with a time of 2:52.65 at the Golden Flash Gala, her best time of the season…named Academic All-MAC Honorable Mention.

Outdoor Track and Field – Qualified for the NCAA Mid-East Regional three times in the 800-meter run…finished 21st in the preliminary round of the 800-meter run at regionals with a time of 2:12.67…set a new meet record and qualified for regionals in the 800-meter run at the Jesse Owens Classic with a time of 2:06.78, the team’s best of season and third-best all-time…garnered MAC Women’s Track Athlete of the Week recognition for her performance at the Jesse Owens…won the 800-meter run with a 2:07.31 at the All-Ohio Championships…qualified for regionals with a time of 2:09.48 in the 800-meter run at the Reebok Raleigh Relays…took bronze in the 800-meter run with a time of 2:10.06 at the MAC Championships…member of the distance medley relay team that shattered the school record in the event with an 11:32.30-finish…her top 1,500-meter run time was a 4:39.75 at the Northeast Ohio Quad…named to Academic All-MAC Team.

2007-08 Sophomore Season

Indoor Track and Field - Ran the third leg of the GoldenFlashes’ distance medley relay team that finished second at the MACChampionships with a time of 11:51.90…won the women’s 800 meters at theAkron Dual (1/25) with a time of 2:12.18…finished second in the women’s800 meters at the 2008 MAC Championships with a time of2:12.89…selected to the 2008 All-MAC Second Team…also receivedall-conference honors as a member of Kent State’s women’s 4x400 meterrelay team that placed fifth with a time of 3:54.70 at the MACChampionships…recorded a season-best 57.93 in the 400 meters at theEastern Michigan Classic.

Outdoor Track and Field - Finished 15th in the 800 meters at the 2008 NCAA Division I Outdoor Track and Field Mid-East Regionals with a time of 2:10.09…won the 800 meters at the All-Ohio Championships in 2:11.08… brought home top honors in the women’s 800 meters with a time of 2:10.94 at the 2008 MAC Championships…that performance earned her All-MAC Second Team honors…notched a season-best NCAA Regional qualifying time of 2:08.91 in the 800 meters at the Jesse Owens Classic…registered a season-best 4:37.97 in the 1,500 meters at the Duke Invitational…ran the opening leg of Kent State’s victorious 4x400 meter relay (4:00.41) at the Campbell/Wright Open…ran the anchor leg of the Golden Flashes’ 4x400 relay team that finished sixth with a time of 3:55.78 at the MAC Championships…recorded the Golden Flashes’ fastest time in the 400 meters when she crossed the finish line in 57.78 at the Campbell-Wright Open.

2006-07 Freshman Season

Indoor Track and Field - Placed 14th in the 800 meters atthe MAC Championships with a time of 2:19.24...was 28th in the 800meters at the Sykes-Sabock Challenge Cup in a time of2:20.53...recorded a fourth place finish in the 800 meters at the AkronDual in 2:21.90...notched her best finish of the season in a tie for3rd in the 800 meters at the Youngstown State Dual in a time of2:22.56...at the Doug Raymond Invitational, she placed 6th in the milein a time of 5:36.32...took seventh in the 1000 meters at the GoldenFlash Gala in a time of 3:08.51.

During the Outdoor Season - Finished fifth in the 800 meters with a season-best time of 2:13.12 at the MAC Championships…notched a time of 2:15.69 in the 800 at the All-Ohio Championship…placed fifth in the 1,500 meters (5:02.95) at the Northeast Ohio Quad Meet…finished 20th in the 800 meters (2:20.83) at the Arizona State Clif Bar Invitational… ran the third leg of Kent State’s 4x400 meter relay team at the Arizona State Clif Bar Invitational…placed fourth in the 400 meters (58.41) at the Campbell/Wright Open…ran the opening leg of KSU’s third-place 4x400 meter relay team (3:44.88) at the MAC Championships.

Prior to Kent State
Set numerous records at Highland High School...three-time district champion in the 800 meters for the Hornets...placed sixth in the 800 meters in Division I as a senior at Highland High School…Division II Ohio State runner-up in the 800 meters as a junior with the Hornets…established career-bests in the 400 meters (57.8), 800 meters (2:14.5), mile (6.00) and 5,000 meters (22:40)…record-holder in the 800 meters as well as the 4x400 meter relay (3:59), 4x200 meter relay and 4x800 meter relay (9:42)…also lettered in volleyball and cross country at HHS.
